  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., managing partner, firm owner, senior trial attorney, or mentor).
  • Established reputation in the Kentucky legal community.
  • Desire to play a key role in building and growing a new practice presence.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and trial skills with a client-first approach.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
