Duties

• Represent clients in bid protests, claim preparation, and negotiations.
• Engage in mediations, litigation, and appeals.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with e-discovery.
• Experience in construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education

• Excellent academic record.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
