Job Overview:

A dynamic legal practice based in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong foundation in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters. This full-time role involves managing high-volume litigation tasks, focusing on efficient case progression and proactive engagement in legal processes. The position offers a remote work option with access to multiple physical office locations if preferred.

Duties:

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests in PIP litigation cases

• Initiate and engage in pre-motion “meet and confer” sessions

• Manage a high caseload with consistent follow-through on case milestones

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to support ongoing litigation strategy

• Communicate effectively with all involved parties to advance case outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in litigation management systems

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience handling PIP-related legal matters

• Proficiency in litigation procedures and discovery processes

• Ability to handle a fast-paced legal environment with a high volume of filings

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing member of the Florida Bar (required)
