Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join its practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding academic credentials.

Duties

• Support commercial litigation activities, including complex cases such as trade secrets and class actions.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.
• Manage all phases of discovery and oversee junior associates.
• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
