Duties

  • Plan and prepare complex wills and trusts for clients of all ages.
  • Manage probate and administration of wills and trusts.
  • Advise on irrevocable and educational trusts funded by family members.
  • Provide life insurance planning with trusts and financing options.
  • Facilitate transfers of closely-held family companies to descendants.
  • Implement lifetime gifting strategies using advanced techniques.
  • Resolve family disputes related to estates.
  • Draft pre-nuptial agreements.
  • Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate administration.
  • Advise private foundations and charitable entities.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm.
  • Supervise associates and professional staff.
  • Perform administrative and management functions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Oklahoma.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.
