Duties

• Research and analyze information to establish cases and serve clients.
• Manage cases from inception to completion, coordinating with attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and site visits.
• Complete assignments promptly and adhere to all deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree.
• Licensure to practice law in Ohio; Kentucky licensure preferred.
• Two years of experience practicing law as an attorney.
• Trial experience is advantageous.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice is preferred.
