A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney - Trusts and Estates in San Francisco, CA. Duties

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in trusts and estates practice.
  • Active Member of the State Bar of California.
  • Experience with law firm client management software preferred.
  • Advanced legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong professional judgment and reliability.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Advanced law degree or specialization in practice area preferred.

Certifications

  • Active State Bar of California membership.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and law firm practice management software.
  • Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
