Section 337 Litigation Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and should have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases. Familiarity with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure is essential.

Duties

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Three to six years of ITC litigation experience.
• Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
