Job Overview

Duties

• Assist with commercial leasing matters for various property types.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets.
• Conduct and manage due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Review and draft documents for real estate financing transactions.
• Coordinate real estate contract aspects of development deals.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings.
• Assist with legal analysis related to deal structure and strategy.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of broad real estate transactions experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
