  • Engage in pre-trial and trial activities.

Requirements

  • 20 years of significant patent litigation experience.
  • Experience with depositions and expert discovery.
  • Excellent writing skills.

Education

  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • High level of academic achievement from a law school institution.

Certifications

  • FL Bar admission.
