A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Houston, Texas. The attorney will focus on litigating motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiffs in Houston and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes trial preparation and courtroom exposure.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Texas.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury or auto liability cases preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
