Duties

• Represent clients in all phases of real estate-related litigation, including discovery, court appearances, hearings, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and provide sound legal counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and manage deadlines.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Meet billable time requirements.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership.
• At least 3 years of real estate litigation experience.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to client service.
