Job Overview

Duties

  • Assist the real estate conveyancing group with case management.

  • Attend hearings in Superior, District, Housing, and Land Courts.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate and admission to the Massachusetts Bar (dual MA/NH Bar preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in litigation and/or collection matters.
  • Experience in real estate conveyancing, condominium law, and litigation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and ability to manage multiple cases.
  • Court experience highly preferred.
