Duties

  • Manage complex immigration cases and mentor junior attorneys.
  • Represent clients in US Immigration Court.
  • Draft motions, waivers, and applications for federal offices.
  • Develop strategies and prepare clients for court and USCIS appointments.
  • Advocate for clients facing deportation or seeking legal residency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practices.

Requirements

  • Active member in good standing of the Bar.
  • 5+ years of immigration law experience.
  • 3-5 years of EOIR experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in political science, economics, or history.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.).
  • Passed the Bar Exam.

Certifications

  • Active Bar membership.
