A law firm seeks an experienced associate to join its Energy, Transportation & Infrastructure practice in Los Angeles. The role involves representing various stakeholders in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions.

Duties

  • Represent sponsors, developers, and investors in energy transactions.
  • Engage in project finance and tax equity transactions.
  • Negotiate material project agreements such as PPA, EPC, and O&M.
  • Manage complex transactions and interact with clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Admitted to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
  • Prior law firm experience required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
