Duties

• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of construction or commercial litigation experience.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or eligible for licensure.
