A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join their Personal Injury team in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and trial work, with a passion for advocating for seriously injured clients.

Duties

  • Litigate and try large personal injury cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, and legal staff.
  • Manage a full litigation caseload effectively.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Develop case management strategies for complex legal issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado.
  • Admitted to practice in Federal District Court.
  • Strong courtroom and advocacy experience.
  • First or second chair trial or arbitration experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Skills

  • Excellent legal writing and research skills.
