Job Overview

A law firm seeks a securitization and structured finance associate or senior associate for its practice in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional work related to securitization and structured finance.

Duties

  • Experience with Oil & Gas or other esoteric ABS asset classes is a plus.

Education

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
