Global Finance Associate (3rd - 7th Year)

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Mid to Senior Associate with three to seven years of experience to join its expanding Global Finance practice in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a background in executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.

Duties

• Execute complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
• Collaborate with high-profile bank and non-bank lenders, including private debt funds.
• Engage with borrower-side clients.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience.
• Energy experience (traditional and renewable) is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
