Corporate Attorney

A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Attorney for a rewarding opportunity in North Barrington, Illinois. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, finance, and real estate.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored legal solutions.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to corporate transactions.
• Support the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in general corporate transactions and exposure to M&A, private equity, finance, and real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in good standing for the relevant jurisdiction.
