Duties

  • Represent veterans in disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

  • Review and analyze medical records and service documents.

  • Provide legal advice and support to veterans and their families.
  • Stay current on VA laws, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterans disability law or related field.
  • Strong understanding of VA disability benefits and claims process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to serving veterans.
  • Prior military service or experience working with veterans is a plus.

Education
