Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its structured finance team in Miami. Duties

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
  • Interest in securitization and structured finance.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Previous large law firm experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Florida.
