Job Overview:
A full-time Senior Associate Family Law Attorney position based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. This role is intended for an experienced family law litigator who can independently manage a complex caseload, represent clients through all stages of litigation, and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused practice with opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Duties:

  • Manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients in Probate and Family Court proceedings
  • Conduct hearings, trials, settlement conferences, and other court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
  • Negotiate settlements and parenting agreements
  • Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal risks and outcomes
  • Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate case files, billing records, and client communications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of family law experience preferred
  • Significant courtroom and litigation experience
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Ability to handle complex, high-conflict family law matters
  • Proficiency with legal technology and case management systems
  • Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar
