Duties

• Conduct depositions and manage related legal proceedings.
• Draft and argue motions in court effectively.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Michigan Court Rules and Rules of Evidence.
• Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Ability to learn new computer software quickly.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar.
