Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax and estate planning.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.

• Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience with foreign grantor and nongrantor trust planning.
• Knowledge of international income tax matters, including CFCs and PFICs.
• Experience in tax-efficient ownership and restructuring of businesses.
• Understanding of U.S. real estate investments by non-U.S. persons.
