Duties

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and asset distribution.
• Draft estate plans, trusts, and related documents.
• Guide clients through probate and guardianship proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, court filings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation documents.
• Handle real estate transactions and negotiations.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Develop strong client relationships and participate in business development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and/or real estate law.
• Experience with transactional work and litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with probate procedures in Travis and Williamson Counties preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CLIO, and legal database platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
