Duties

  • Handle all phases of pre-litigation case development through resolution or transition to litigation.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
  • Develop case strategies, review medical records, and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Negotiate settlements and provide clients with compassionate and clear guidance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in personal injury (plaintiff).
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and colleagues.
  • Easygoing, team-oriented personality with a genuine passion for helping people.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Direct experience in personal injury case pre-litigation and/or litigation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
