Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group in Denver, CO. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and closing complex commercial agreements related to technology and intellectual property across various industries.

Duties

  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
