Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney in Murray, UT. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with support from staff and management, focusing on family law, divorce, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement, adoptions, and other civil litigation areas.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload in family law and related areas.
• Collaborate with staff and management for case support.
• Engage in client consultations and provide legal advice.
• Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court and mediation sessions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active member in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience; family law experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education
