A law firm seeks an enthusiastic Associate Attorney to join their practice focused on commercial real estate law. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the complexities of real estate transactions and possess the skills necessary to support a dynamic team.

Duties:

  • Assist clients with legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar is required.
  • Experience or interest in commercial real estate law is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar where the position is located.
