Duties

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Evaluate and assess personal injury claims.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Develop and implement legal strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Collaborate with medical and vocational experts.
• Handle litigation for disputed or denied claims.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Uphold professional ethics and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Michigan Bar.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Experience as a Pod or state-specific Managing Attorney.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently.
• Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Must be located in or near the State of Michigan.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Michigan Bar.
