Duties

• Represent clients in individual and class action claims related to privacy and cybersecurity matters.
• Handle cases involving the Federal Wiretap Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, and Video Privacy Protection Act.
• Collaborate with a team in a national law firm environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or through a clerkship.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Active bar license in Minnesota or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
