Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation team in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of litigation experience and hold an active Colorado Bar license. While some portable business is preferred, it is not required.

Duties

• Manage a range of commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct motion practice and depositions.
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Colorado Bar license.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar license.
