A law firm seeks a Trusts and Estates Attorney in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will have eight to twelve years of experience in estate planning, servicing clients of veteran attorneys, and continuing the tradition of excellent client service.

Duties

• Provide estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their families.
• Manage trusts and estates administration.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a full-service law firm environment.

Requirements

• Eight to twelve years of estate planning experience.
• Experience with Federal Estate Tax.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Ohio.
