Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Chicago, IL, with 3-10 years of licensed experience to litigate in the product liability and warranties practice areas. The candidate must hold an active California license and an active Midwest license in IL, MO, or KS.

Duties

  • Manage overall case responsibilities, including drafting motions and developing discovery.
  • Take and defend depositions and participate in court proceedings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities.

 

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of licensed experience in litigation.
  • Active California license and Midwest license in IL, MO, or KS.
  • Trial and appellate experience preferred.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

 

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California and one Midwest state (IL, MO, or KS).

 

Skills
