Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for its Culver City, CA office. This on-site position requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual to support a growing clientele. The role involves complex litigation, often with multiple defendants, and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Conduct case investigations and manage discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review documents and draft legal motions.
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as second or third chair during trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution.
• Admission to the Missouri bar or eligibility for reciprocity; Illinois admission is a bonus.
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
