Senior General Liability Attorney

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior General Liability Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners.
• Prepare for trials, conduct investigations, and attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide detailed reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Arizona.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, and transportation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
• First chair trial experience is a plus.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Arizona.
