Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group, with a preference for candidates located in Chicago. Duties

  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.

  • Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
