Bakersfield office of our client seeks a transactional attorney with 5+ years of experience in negotiating, documenting, and managing business and real estate transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience in estate planning and trust administration is desired. An LLM degree is a plus. Must have strong academic and writing skills. Must have good business judgment, superior drafting and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to a collegial work environment. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a broad base of clients are important.
