Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Partner or Of Counsel in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution and support associate development. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Duties

  • Oversee defense litigation matters in hospitality, premises, or general liability.
  • Manage business/commercial litigation or related insurance practice.
  • Lead and supervise a team of attorneys.
  • Appear in both Federal and State courts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
  • Trial and arbitration experience.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Admitted to practice in Texas.
  • Available for meetings and court appearances in Texas.

Education

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
