Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for guiding clients through challenging legal situations. Duties

  • Manage a broad scope of responsibilities, including client intake, case management, and drafting pleadings and motions.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing in Arizona.
  • 5-7 years of experience in family law with trial and litigation experience.
  • Experience in DCS/probate work is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
