Duties

• Conduct hearings and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and conduct trials.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and ADR forums.
• Draft effective briefs, memoranda of law, and motions.
• Interact with medical professionals to evaluate medical causations.
• Apply Nevada discovery rules and conduct court conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice claims in Nevada.
• Strong experience in Federal and Nevada Supreme Court litigation.
• Must be a self-starter, well-organized, and articulate.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in Nevada State.
