In addition to corporate and finance matters, the firms strong practice groups include its litigation, real estate, commercial, intellectual property, tax, securities, antitrust, environmental, trusts & estates, healthcare and bankruptcy departments. The firms atmosphere is absolutely fantastic for its size, values its associates, provides superb mentoring and provides enough resources and support to enable each of its associates to succeed. Like any other large mega firm, to become partner, you have to be loyal, work hard and produce top-quality work, but unlike other firms, this jewel does not require its associates to have business. Perhaps the reason is that the firm has enough work to keep everyone busy and productive. Compensation is top of the market, but you are expected to earn it by putting long hours.
