A law firm seeks a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in probate litigation and a passion for resolving trust and estate disputes. Duties

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Participate in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Maintain a high standard of client communication and service.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in probate litigation.
• Ability to deliver 1800 quality billable hours annually.
• Reside in Los Angeles, Pasadena, or Orange County area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the CA State Bar.
