Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases, protecting their rights and interests.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings and motions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Utah Bar or eligible for admission.
• Experience in family law preferred; mentorship and training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
