Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Leasing Attorney in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling commercial leases, including office, industrial, and retail properties. Solar leasing experience is valued but not required.

Duties

  • Lead in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
  • Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
  • Interact with clients, opposing counsel, property managers, and brokers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
  • Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases.
  • Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client business objectives.
  • Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
