Job Overview

A law firm seeks a seasoned Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will manage a large docket of personal injury cases across Ohio in a dynamic, professional setting.

Duties

  • Investigate case facts and develop damages evidence.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
