Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle construction defect cases from pre-suit through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings
• Manage multiple matters and meet deadlines effectively
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience with construction defect litigation preferred

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
