The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust and competition law, with experience in government and internal investigations, enforcement actions, or civil antitrust litigation.

Duties

• Handle antitrust and competition law matters, including government and internal investigations.
• Manage civil antitrust litigation, including discovery and pretrial motions.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before enforcement authorities.

Requirements

• Experience in antitrust and competition law or civil antitrust litigation.
• Proven track record in managing complex cases.
• Experience representing clients in state and federal court.
• Experience with enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
