Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Projects Associate to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

  • Assist on other legal matters concerning project development and M&A as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong focus on the energy sector, particularly renewable energy.
  • Experience with project development and finance is helpful.
  • Law firm experience, preferably in a sophisticated national environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
